It's a combination of rice, bean and a few other flours along with a light seasoning of rosemary. We at the Jibe Cafe got a little frustrated that there was no place down here on Seaview Avenue to get a cheeseburger anymore. Sooo . . . we decided to give it a shot! We included options to add onions, bacon and avocado. Even a second patty. Come on by and give it a try! Let us know what you think.
