**Important Update **

We wanted to share that, due to challenges with sourcing and roasting our coffee, Pilgrim Coffee will be transitioning away from in-house roasted beans, effective immediately. Going forward, we’re excited to partner with from Bellingham, Washington, to bring you the same great taste you love. While we’ll miss our house-roasted blends, we’re thrilled about this new collaboration and appreciate your continued support.

If you didn’t already know, we roast all of our beans here on NORA (North Aurora!) We also work directly with some of the farmers overseas.

Pilgrims signature espresso is our NORA roast!
A medium/dark roast with notes of sweet caramel, vanilla, and red berries!
