While attending the Bite of Greece, continue to learn about Greek culinary culture with the exhibit themed, “A PLACE AT THE TABLE: over 100 years of Greek restaurants, culture and the entrepreneurial spirit.” Revisiting the Greek American Historical Museum's hugely popular exhibit first shared at the Museum of History and Industry, the installation traces the history of over 200 Greek-owned restaurants in Seattle, Washington, and another 100 restaurants throughout the State.
