Why we did it...

We opened Lady Jaye because we are 3 dudes and a girl who love awesome food and cocktails. We wanted to bring our flair to a community who would accept us as a creative bunch who are constantly trying to push the limits and innovate. Thankfully we landed in West Seattle. And we have some bad ass soft serve.
