Do you know that we can substitute new RICE noodles to any bowl of ramen you order. I know some people want to avoid wheat noodles. Try our ramen with rice noodles.

Would you like "Bari-Kata"?? If you have had real Tonkotsu Ramen in Japan, you probably heard "Bari-Kata" or "Harigane". It is the traditional way to eat "thin straight Hakata ramen noodles" starting from Hakata area (Fukuoka) It is basically under-cooked status and the noodles must be FRESH. We can do this just because our noodles are made freshly in store.
