A tiny but growing artisan brewery in the Greenwood neighborhood in Seattle, WA. We are proud to represent Washington State's bountiful barley and wheat and fresh produce in our Belgian-influenced beer.

Delicious and surprisingly light, with a slight coffee kick seems like the perfect beer for this in between season weather. Plus, supporting local coffee importers and roasters via your favorite local craft brewery gives yet another dimension to the interconnectedness of local production that everyone can relate to.

Voltaire returns! We've got two new variations of our Voltaire coffee-infused red ale starting this week, featuring two beautifully roasted coffees from Cloud City Coffee Roasters ☕🍺
We've chosen Burundi Hafi and Wonderland Winter Blend to explore this time around. We'll start with the Burundi Hafi this week and explore back and forth between the two blends as long as they last!

Nect-i-cot sour — a blast of bright summer stonefruit to fight off the darkness of fall! We combined nectarines and apricots barreled with our lightest sour base to coax the tart-sweet flavor and aroma from both 🍑

Have you tried on this year's Left Mitten? It's our cozy brown ale woven with warm spices (including cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, clove, coriander, and others.) Great compliment to other spiced dishes.
And our new Sortaporter - a sub-2% full-flavor dark ale in the spirit of Porter, with light chocolate and roast notes. Is it a light dark ale, or a dark light ale? Come try and decide for yourself.

Naughty Gnome is back on tap! Our Belgian style witbier with pickled beets and mulberry is an odd-sounding combination that is wonderfully delicious. Earthy, tart, sweet and light all at the same time with a gorgeous ruby-red color too 🍻
