FREE beginning African Dance Classes at South Park Hall (adjacent to The Scene in South Park )! Starting Sunday 2/23 and continuing for four weeks ! Baba and Sarah Lee teach a variety of traditional dances from Guinea, Mali and Senegal, West Africa. You will find yourself enjoying the movements of these dances, as well as the workout it gives you. With their friendly “show and go” style of teaching, you will develop the strength, fitness and coordination needed to move and express yourself through these amazing and joyous African dances.

In class, you will learn the movement vocabulary and rhythms that make up this beautiful art form and meet great like-minded people. Come out and give it a try, you will LOVE IT!

These four classes are free and open to the public and run on a drop-in basis. EveryBody is welcome!

(there will be live drumming, so feel free to bring some tip money for the drummers ☺️)
