Crafted by our Head Chef, we made three rolls that compliment and build upon each other to make the perfect sushi handroll trio.
Negi Toro – Silky, buttery toro (bluefin tuna) meets crisp scallions, wrapped in warm nori for a perfect balance of richness and freshness.
Shiso Ikura – Briny, jewel-like ikura pearls pop with umami, complemented by fragrant shiso for a bright finish.
Shiso Uni – Decadent creamy uni that melts on your tongue complimented with fresh shiso for a wonderful pairing.
