I know this month gets over shadowed with Derek's birthday but also so many other fine facts and figures.

Twenty Nine years ago in March, Derek took over ownership of the Broiler (29 years!!)

And this also marks 60 SIXTY years of the Broiler being open, which means he's almost owned it almost half the operating life. If you add into the equation, he started here in 1981, WOW doesn't that start to blow your mind?

Today is the first Monday on March, which means it is the first day of Corned Beef Mondays. Today we also have our burritos and enchiladas but for the rest of March we won't.

Also - we are making some changes to our specials. Pot Roast will now be served on Tuesday and not Wednesday starting next week .

The parts for our exhaust hoods and suppression system have arrived. We are hoping they can get the work scheduled and we will be opened with our full menu by the New Year.

Fresh of the screen press - we have new 1/4 zip sweatshirts in (sized small to 3xl because we had some requests for that size) and new tshirts (sm - 2xl). The Tshirts are printed on both sides.

We only ordered black but we do still have a few white Ts in a variety of sizes

Sunday and Tuesday -Thursday our hours will be 4pm - 8pm (last table seated at 7:45). Friday and Saturday will be until 9pm
