We are so excited that cherry blossom season is back! Our Cherry Blossom Saison is back on tap! Brewed with pilsner, wheat and crystal malts and fermented with a French Saison strain on top of 300lbs of tart and sweet cherries for a refreshing dry saison. Notes of white pepper, cherries, and lime.
We will be running food specials for two weeks, and we started out with a bang! First we brined the pork chop with our cherry saison. Then we grill it over an open flame and top it with a Tietonn cherry cider glaze. Add smashed potatoes, and sautéed cabbage with bacon and onions. It’s delicious and priced low at $20.99

Ok so we are a huge underdog in this game, but the good news is that you can come in before or after the game. We open at 10:00am this Sunday. Full menu with our delicious craft beer, bloody Mary’s, espresso martinis, and so on. We hope to serve you something special, win or lose. We are family friendly and locally owned.

It’s Superbowl Sunday! We hope you choose Big Time as your third place to watch the game. We are almost through all the fire remediation, but don’t worry our full menu is available. Thanks to our kitchen crew being amazing and prepping to order, that’s not as easy task. Everyone who has come in to show support, We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It means so much to us, cheers to you all. Hopefully I get to cheers you in person today, while watching a great game.

Big Time is having a tough day. Our food walk in cooler decided to have a huge electrical fire in it last night. We are currently tossing most of our food products. We are trying to get in cleaned up and repaired. But we will need some patience and understanding for food orders over the next couple of days. This sucks because major costs during the slow months are really hard on small businesses. Any support is welcomed, come buy a beer or watch the Super Bowl at Big Time. Really anything will help us. We love being a part of your community. Tough times….

It’s exciting to have craft beer in the news and magazines. It’s even more exciting when it’s about Big Time! is talented in so many ways. She is an amazing writer and is phenomenal with a camera. It’s been a pleasure getting to know her and they both do so much for the industry. It’s a humbling and pleasurable experience to be able to taste food and beverages with them. You are invited to join us in celebrating our anniversary! After 36 years, we feel lucky to still be here with you. In 1988, we became a part of our Seattle community and so much as happened since then. Through the highs and lows, we were committed to providing a safe and welcoming space where we treat everyone like friends and family. And after so many years?
