This spirit of experimentation and innovation has led to our newest beer—Leitungswasser. Using secret brewing techniques passed down from our head brewer’s mother’s, sister’s, third-cousin’s mail carrier, and the finest ingredients that we can source, Leitungswasser breaks the mold and is a style unto itself. Through many hours of research and late-night experimentation, we have produced a beer that is crystal clear and uses no hops, no grain, and no yeast to achieve its complex aroma and deep flavor that some would describe as "wet”. Best of all, thanks to invocation of black magic and dry-hopping with unicorn tears, the beer is also alcohol free. Our brew team works hard behind the scenes creating one-of-a-kind brews that are unique to craft beer gluten-free or not. In case you need even more of a reason to stop by 😉 check out the list below of limited on-tap 🍻 Glass Sipper- is a 6% hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society utilizing their unique annual hop blend. This beer gives grapefruit flesh on the nose, accompanied by more citrus zest and dankness. Some berry notes exist in the aroma as well. You will also find some notes of fruit, such as Asian pear, strawberry, and tangerine. Oak'd and Cok'd is a brown ale that has an ABV of 8% and is conditioned on toasted coconut and oak—notes of coconut cream, vanilla, lightly toasted malt, and a creamy mouthfeel. Common Bond is a CA common-style beer, a first of its kind in the Gluten-Free category! 5.7 ABV, with notes of lightly salted caramel on the nose, medium body with roasted notes that finish with a malty dryness. Hops give notes grassy and slightly fruity notes. Feijoa Fizz is a 6.5% fruited sour ale with a huge addition of feijoa puree in the primary. Feijoa is a guava-like fruit that tastes like a cross between guava, strawberry, and pineapple. You will find big tropical notes, smooth mouthfeel, and punchy acidity that help elevate the tropical fruit flavors. Movin’ To the Country” Peach Sour is a 4.5% kettle sour with peach on the nose—light, fizzy body, lingering tartness through the end of the palette.
