Our handmade pork beer brats are slow-poached in our neighbor's, , Roggenbier brew and then griddled to perfection. CELEBRATE WITH A D.A.M.burger from TODAY!!!
Our DAMburger is made with 8oz of grass fed, grass finished beef which is dry aged , where their in-house butcher grinds the dry aged meat to our specifications. We form the meat into two 4oz pucks for smashing on our flattop alongside our buttered griddled burger bun.
Each patty is seasoned with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper from and topped with Singles to melt.
Our DAMburger comes standard with Best Foods Mayo, raw sliced white onion and our own Shop-Made pickles and our own Shop-Made hot mustard. Wrapped tight in foil and bagged with our hand cut Salt-n-Pepa Skins & Ins.
