That's right, we're rolling out our full menu along with some exciting new additions like authentic Menudo and mouthwatering seafood options that you won't want to miss. Buffet brunch at Taco Street Ruston every Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM! Chilaquiles are one of my favorite things to eat. Starting off with the salsa.... it's a staple in our home and in the Taco Street kitchens. It's the beginning of so many of our dishes and what I love even more is that the chilies are from Chihuahua. If you've never heard me say before I'd like to share with you now that the chilies that we use in our kitchens are grown in the same dirt that Martin was raised from. The same dirt my kids get muddy in and the same dirt that our ancestors and people have cultivated for centuries. When you eat at our spot you are experiencing what El Valle and Chihuahua tastes like. This is authenticity, this is what we are about. From day one we have humbly brought you flavers from the kitchen of my suegra to our tables at TS. ** side note... Martin and I created a tutorial back in 2019 and shared it on YouTube. The difference

Look at David working his magic on the trompo de pastor. It gets warm in the kitchen lately so he comes in early and tries to get it all done at one time. Martin and I have put our whole heart and soul into this enterprise. Long grueling hours and the extreme days haven't let up yet. Honestly, I hope they don't. Martin runs on this and I swear he gets more powered up everyday. We are so greatful for the amazing group of highly skilled professionals that we work with. Most of whom have been with us for years and we consider family. I wouldn't want to be in the trenches with anyone else. Finally A huge thank you to all of our supporters throughout the region. We give our best every single day. We strive to achieve 💪🏽 but somedays its a miss. That only pushes us to preform better then next opportunity.
