Piroshki on Broadway restaurant was founded in Seattle in 1994 by Chef-Owner Alla Lyublin. It started as a small Eastern European cafe specializing in piroshki and pastries. The shop was small but very committed to providing excellent service and creating fresh hand-made food. Guests often appreciated the atmosphere, decoration elements and enjoyed watching daily baking of various goods during the

Our very first dollar, which we still proudly have. In 2002, the restaurant completed a major expansion, providing a sit-down, counter dining and a take out. Our old place - Piroshki Cafe & Bakery on Broadway in the heart of Capitol Hill. For over 20 years, Piroshki Restaurants consistently offered high-quality products and service and became a part of Seattle’s First Hill community, serving patrons in Downtown and Capitol Hill, as well as those who come from all over the Puget Sound region for our delicious piroshki. In January 2009, with great pride and joy, Piroshki Restaurants welcomed a new location on 3rd Avenue, in downtown Seattle. We sold it in July 2016. Piroshki on Madison St
Our current location on First Hill near Swedish Hospital - 1229 Madison St. Growing over the years, Piroshki Restaurants managed to stay committed to its goal – to provide its customers with fast, affordable and quality food, that is prepared daily from fresh ingredients, without the use of saturated fat or preservatives.
