Don't forget the beef!! Here's some of our fantastic beef being seared up in our kitchen. One of the things you may not know about our flank is that is is from a small family farm right here in Washington State. Better yet, it is produced sustainably and certified carbon neutral. Damn, that's a good sandwich!
