Umai Do Japanese Sweets Shop Permanently Closed - Traditional Japanese sweets (confections) both steamed (daifuku) and baked. We had 9 items on the menu (5 steamed, 4 baked).

We will add contemporary sweets in the future and also try and have seasonal items.

Mochi making season is now over. A total of 7 days and over 200 lbs of mochi made. Now to train for next season!!!

Well, Maruta called me asking to help out with their mochitsuki (mochi making). I said yes. For sure on December 31st and maybe December 30th. Stop by if you need fresh pounded mochi. I hope everyone has a Happy Holiday season.
