The Potato Latkes can be found on the menu under “Latkes & Eggs.” It’s served with 2 eggs any style, your choice of Bacon, Pork Sausage, Veggie Sausage, or Ham with Applesauce and Sourcream on the side.

The Challah French Toast has two thick sliced Challah from Larsen's Bakery soaked in vanilla-cinnamon custard, slow baked until light and fluffy. It melts in your mouth.

Do you have a favorite seat at Roxy’s? We have found a funny mix of preferences from chairs, tables and booths. The back section hasn’t been open as often as it once was, but the weekends have been promising to see these seats filling in.
