Experiencing a power outage on a busy Saturday evening during Seattle Restaurant Week was a massive challenge for our team at Dumpling the Noodle Kirkland store. ⚡️⚡️⚡️Thank you everyone for your understanding especially those who already sat down and ate in the dark.🌙🌙🌙With no WiFi, we faced delays in sending orders to the kitchen, and our delivery drivers and guests with reservations arrived to unexpected complications. Most importantly, our payment systems were down, so guests couldn’t pay with cards. Despite these obstacles, I am incredibly proud of how our front staff managed the situation professionally and calmly.
